AMAG offers technical support Monday through Friday from 5:00 am (0500) to 5:00
pm (1700) Pacific Standard Time. The technical support department offers a range
of free and chargeable services to ensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
AMAG´s technical support engineers are also available for on-site assistance and
troubleshooting. After hours and emergency support are also available for AMAG Certified
Resellers.
